I am currently testing the Boonex Dolphin Software. And will transfer over my webdate database.

I will keep you all posted on the outcome... and report my findings.

I have managed to transfer over the database from my webdate site over to dolphin

the dolphin install comes with no zipcode database and working on this now

also working on the photo copier to send members webdate photos to the appropriate dolphin folders while updating the dolphin database..

The webdate to dolphin database transfer is around 60 Percent complete and looks good so far..

Will keep you updated to the status of the webdate to dolphin site.

Webdate to dolphin transfer complete

was at it all day trying to get the photos over to dolphin... the transfer script needs to create 3 new photos from one.

Webdate to dolphin transfer script 100 percent complete if anyone needs to transfer from webdate to dolphin let me know. or if you need to transfer your site to dolphin from another script I could also work on that project.

working on fixing some of the issues with dolphin now...

like the fact that there is no state listed in the members profile only country and city (what were they thinking?)

have the zip code search working but will add state field shortly..

database and photo transfer from webdate is complete and now I am working on the little bugs I have found so far... feel free to sample the site at:

Hi Paul,

What is worth the transfer? I was looking at Dolphin for quite a while and wondering ....
I clicked on the link that you provided, but all I see is Webdate installation. Let me know.

oh yea I abandon this project

the script was not efficient

with 20,000 members installed the search was slow as molasses so I abandon the project

sorry I will remove the link now... if you are still interested I think I could dig up the script I wrote to transfer the members from webdate to dolphin..
