I think i'm going to have you do the work on my dating site..that we talked about in our emails. I'm just not happy with godaddy's virtual server. I can't get them to give me good customer support regarding basic questions on how to do things..like ftp and dns pointing. Do i really need my own vps to run a dating site? can i just use a regular hosting acct? Can you recommend where i can host my dating site and how much it will cost monthly. Thanks paul. I have used IPOWERWEB in the past and seemed a good company.. tell them before hand you need the zend optimizer installed on the server.

some of the cheaper shared servers have speed issues.

I run on a dedicated from hostway for 99 a month and runs 12 of my sites with great speed.

I should really consider getting an additional server to offer hosting to webdate site owners. I would limit it to like 20 sites per server so speed would not be an issue.

anyway it really depends on your budget. I would take a look at IPOWERWEB if you can't go with a dedicated right now.

there is another one called IMHOSTED but I experienced some speed issue but the price was right.

After the disaster of hosting by Webscribble and the awful experience of DWHS I searched for all the hosts that would take adult sites & made a list, then went thru them. The only one that answered the phone at 3 or 4AM with someone knowledgeable was CWIE also known as Canyon Creek. My site has not been down once since it was moved (by PAUL!!!!) there.

I have first hand experience with this company. A butt load of hosting space, A+ customer support, easy installs for webdate scripts. PM me if you need help with installing......or contact me through my website.......
