another bug has been brought to my attention from a site owner using the contact stamps set up

the contact stamps only work for sending a message but not when replying to a message

the only way to let people with contact stamps reply to a message was to set non-paying members can reply to mail (to on)

but if you don't want non paying members to be able to reply you were stuck...

I recoded the send_message to allow for using contact stamps on reply to email

if anyone needs this let me know

in 3.0 the send_message.php needs to be modified

in 2.0 I believe it is the same only send_message.pml

I could write this for 2.0 but would take a bit of time
