Dating Website Support Forum - Webscribble

Hi,
Hope this forum still alive. Got a few complains on my website where when members try to create their profile, they go through the steps of creating the profile but once they hit submit, they get asked again to create a profile or when they hit submit and go to the members area, no profile has been created. Doesn't happen all the time and is becoming a bit of an issue since people take time to create their profile just to be told to do it again!

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
