has anyone noticed that in network if a user recieves a friend request it is sent to both their internal mailbox as well as their "friend request" folder? If the user opens it in their email they can't accept or deny, they can only view the request. Then they have to proceed to "friend request" to approve or deny it. Is there anyway to make it so the friend request does not go to the internal mailbox but to only the friend request folder?

Also, has anyone had any experience getting the actual message someone is recieving sent to their external mailbox. Currently a message is being sent alerting them they have a message waiting for them but (aside from the link) does not give them any further info or show the actual message.

Any help is always appreciated.
