Privacy issue, can anyone offer any solutions please.

In the privacy section, you can elect to hide yourself on the 'who's online' page but if anyone views either your gallery profile or your full profile, it shows that you are online. Does anyone know if there is a way for members to hide the fact that they are online when someone views their profile? I tried removing the {ONLINE_STATUS} from the templates but that was pointless as members still show up as being online in the 'last activity' field.
