Webscribble-Webdate-Support-Forum Dedicated Server Host Recommended

ive just went onto webscribbles site and read about their new version of webnetwork 0.2 which sounded ok (yeah right!!!)
they wrote that their new version will be available to upgrade from 2wks from ending of march....anyway i went into the members area, which has a section for downloading the new version and it also states at the bottom of the download 'upgrade version of webnetwork 1.0. anyway i have just 'upgraded' and boy, have i messed up or what. not only has the site gone, but now my members and everything else i have done and paid for has vanished!!!!
i contacted webscribble and guess what they told me?.......'there new version of webnetwork is not yet available for upgrading and the downloaded version has not got all the components (hence the look of my site)'. they told me to upload my backup copy, which i did not do since i did not see this warning until after i had 'upgraded' and was sent a read me file.

anyway now i have an ugly website and no support from webscribble! looks like i need to reinstall the old version and start again....im startin to wonder if i should bother, after having the site for 1 year and not getting very far and spending way too much money, my head is starting to spin!!!
i need some help installing the old software and also designing a new layout.
