Languages in administrative display/edit profile

When I view a profile from the Pending Profiles list the language information is blank. If I decide to edit a profile the language fluency is missing and I must choose one. Does anyone at Webscribble know the English word "Test"? All progammers and software companies should be Fluent in it.
