Hi

I'm having a few issues with the matchfinder service.

I got a few e-mails from members saying that they getting flooded with matchfinder e-mails. They getting e-mails everyday.

Also, when they getting the e-mails, the image (picture) isn't showing. All they get is a red cross and no picture.

How often you suppose this e-mails. every day, once a week, once a month?

You should set the matchfinder to at least one week... (I recommend the one week setting)

this should also solve the photo issue

because if you have the matchfinder setting set to instantly it sends out the match before the member even uploads a photo

changing this setting to one week should solve your issues.

go into your smartway click site configurations click matchfinder

change to one week and click save

let me know if you have any other problems
