Hi all,
I have a member emailing me that when he tries to sign in it says he is not a member. I did it from my end and it worked fine. Now he is able to sign in but gets a message that he needs to register when he tries to IM or send emails. Has anyone had this problem.

is his account fully working when you log into it?

if so the issue is probally with his browser settings (cookies)

you could tell him to try clicking internet options and restore defaults

or if the member is using Internet explorer to try using firefox

this is usually a common issue with login problems
