Has anyone else had members report that they have received a message saying they a message in their mailbox, but find that there are no messages there once they have logged in?

If so what did you do to resolve the problem?

This same thing has just been reported by one of my members. I don't see anything posted about a resolution. Help would be appreciated. Amy
