Paul, can you or anyone else out there help me on this. I have a guy who paid his subscription and now the sofware will not let him send messages. It tells him that he must purchase a subscription. The bizarre thing is that when logged in, his account definitely shows that he has a live subscription. No-one else on the site with a subscription appears to have this problem, just this one (fairly angry) user.

I tried various things, altering and re-saving his profile, changing the subscription manually to a different date, suspend/reactivate his profile but all to no avail, the problem is persisting.

I have no idea where to go from here. Can someone point me in the right direction please.

Problem solved - it is working normally now. I didn't do anything to mend it so I guess it was just some communication issue between the software and the database.
