Webscribble-Webdate-Support-Forum Dedicated Server Host Recommended

My site seems to run fine on internet explorer- firefox is a different story. When a user clicks on "my profile" then any of the submenu choices it kicks out to the search menu and seems to log the user out. Has anyone seen this before? Our code is modified but none of it is browser specific. Of course webscribble just totally ignores our tickets....
