Webscribble-Webdate-Support-Forum Dedicated Server Host Recommended

I have purchased Skadate Software and I am experiencing several serious problems with it. WHen I try to get assistance I am kindly advised to PURCHASE SUPPORT!! My events feature does not work anymore, my blogs feature does not work anymore and the direct chat function no longer works. I did not change any of the settings!!! Anybody any advise?
