Dating Website Support Forum - Webscribble

It's been an expensive and bumpy road for advertising my website. I haven't calculated everything I've spent just for web promotion, but it's been alot. I don't have many signups, but maybe it's because it's strictly a gay site. I've did alot of linkbuilding,social bookmarking. For the most part I've paid for people to do this. I'm in the middle of paying for signups with two seperate marketing professionals. We'll see how that works. Plus, I've add articles and submitted to different websites. Next I'd like to offer a vaction or whatever. I'm just not at that point yet to offer it. Anyways, I'd like to hear from people and explain what seo/web promotion tactics. And what has been successful.

Post your ad in the myspace classifieds

men seeking men women seeking women

post a new ad every 5 minutes in a different city.

this account will be erased so have extra's...

Also you can place your ad on craigslist in the same manner but this is a little more tricky and will get deleted faster.

it takes some work... I have not used these methods in some time but when they were working good for me I could get up to 700 signups in one weekend from these methods but this is for a FREE ONLINE DATING SITE (no niche)

Anyone found any other methods do post.
