Webscribble-Webdate-Support-Forum Dedicated Server Host Recommended

Hello, I am new here and glad to find somewhere to get help with webdate issues. I get the following error when I go to my home page.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function qnl() in /home/endersg1/public_html/420net/engine/pages/index.php on line 19

I reinstalled the samrtway\lib folder and still get this error
It seems it is not pulling anything from the database but when I run the install program for the database it said it was installed. I deleted the database and reinstalled but I get the same error.
not sure where else to go. If I change the qnl() to q() my homepage loads but there are no fields in the dropdown menus.
