Hi Paul,
I am having trouble getting members to pay. Within the last week I have lowered the prices and reduced the amount of free usage time they have from onr month to one week. In addition to this, do you have any ideas or pointers to give me that will get my users to start spending money???

I got away with that free time entirely because there's too many of them will create new profiles when the free time is up. V3 of the software makes it possible for the site members to remove their member and profile records, so the restriction on not having two members with the same email address is useless.

Hi Paul,
I am having trouble trying to get members to pay after their trial period has expired. Do you or anyone else who already have consistent paying members have any tips or strategies to help me with this terrible situation.....HELP!!!

I agree with mutton

if you offer a free trial the members will use this to contact who ever is on the site that interests them.

I would recommend you only allow flirts be sent with the free trial...

this way people can send a kiss to show they are interested but if they want to actually make contact and exchange emails they need to subscribe.

this is what I would try.

but my site is free so mutton has a little more experience in getting paying customers even though his site is a little bit different from yours.

I had my site free for a long time to build up a starting member base and a lot immature users were sending rude emails to the female users, scaring them away. Charging a membership fee eliminated most of that and there's no way I would go back.
